Troubleshooting

  • No Satellite Selected: Ensure that you have selected a satellite from the dropdown menu before starting the decoding process.

  • No File Selected: If you are using an audio file, make sure to select a valid WAV file before clicking “Decode”.

  • UDP Address/Port Not Provided: If you are using a UDP stream, ensure that you have entered the correct address and port.

  • Decoding Errors: If you encounter errors during decoding, check the event log for more details. Ensure that the input data matches the selected satellite’s configuration.
